We got free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view and huge bathroom. Excellent location. Nice and clean SPA (saunas, pool etc). A nice addition is that you can book the spa privately for 1 hour per day, very relaxing! The breakfast was also great, on the day of our tour we got a lunchbox to go instead, very nice. Very helpful and friendly staff, amazing selection for breakfast, free entrance to Spa (jacuzzi, sauna and steam sauna). We have spent there only 1 night but can tell only best words about the people that work there. Room had a very spacious bathroom, well equiped and renewed. The rooms are luxurious and cozy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is great for both fun and relaxation, near beautiful and historic places. Just a heads up, it's quite pricey. One downside was limited access to some bridges and a historical villa. But, the food was good.
