Spa Hotels in Sutton Coldfield

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and was tasty. Rooms were OK. Had an iron, ironing board & robes for the spa. Nice bar area.

The bar area was lovely and breakfast was okay. The Derby course was great. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay. The gentlemen working in the reception area (Concierge) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with red hair had outstanding customer service and communication skills. He was also very Professional. He had excellent manners and knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. Also he had excellent knowledge of the hotel, the golf courses and facilities and spa facilities.

Spacious and clean rooms. Different bars/restaurants to choose from to relax in. Lovely spa area to relax in.

Everything. The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was spot on and the spa facilities were great.

Moor Hall is a well-placed spa hotel on the edge of Sutton Coldfield, attractive early 20c building, well maintained grounds inc a Secret Garden. Friendly staff, good food (esp breakfast), decent accommodation. Quite "golfy" in re clientele but hey ho, inebriated golfers are such fun !

Exceptional, the stuff we’re all lovely and smiling. A special thank you to Dawn, a lady at the reception and Murius, who works at the restaurant. What a brilliant service we have. My mom and I enjoyed breakfast, one of the best traditional English breakfasts, and it gives you a great start to the day regarding food. All staff was lovely and smiling, they made us feel very welcome, and we felt relaxed and at home. We will surely come back. Excellent spa facilities enjoyed every bit

Blown away by this place, beautifully authentic with excellent service and facilities. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a late evening swim in the spa … so relaxing!
