The property was lovely, set in lovely tranquil surroundings and decorated beautifully. The staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner and drinks were very good and breakfast was a treat! The spa is a must and my Indian head massage was just what I needed. Loved it!

The breakfast offer was tasty, varied, and freshly cooked. The courtyard room we stayed in was spacious, well decorated, and had a beautiful big bath. Perfect for relaxing!

We love this place and visit fairly regularly from Stowmarket for a stay, and day spa packages. The staff, breakfast and sheer value for money is great. We have on occasion found a mattress too hard for our liking, but the staff are always happy to accommodate changes when possible. Arnolys in particular in the leisure area is always polite, friendly and smiley. I think he recognises now from previous stays/spa days.

Idyllic views, staff were very friendly & helpful. Food was fantastic we left compliments to the chef as my Duck was outstanding. I had a amazing massage in the Spa, very comfortable & relaxing.

Very nice spa facilities. Not very big but enough to relax and enjoy. Beautiful grounds around the premises. Rooms are adequate. Breakfast is good but not a lot of choice.

Grade 1 listed building with character in beautiful grounds. Plenty of lounge space to relax. Great breakfast.

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location, with no traffic noise. 10 min away by car form town.The pool and leisure facilities are excellent, Swimming pool perfect. Spa- massage is so relaxing. Friendly staff, breakfast and dinner were good, pleasant birthday surprise with a candle in my cake, thank you, I will be back soon. This hotel should be 4* or 5+, not 3
