The hotel feels fresh and new and the facilities are well maintained. The SPA is well equipped but when you've got young kids running around its not very relaxing. The hotel hosts a jazz / live performance once a week which is lovely. The Ski room is first class. There is also a cinema room which you can book and that's a massive bonus.

in good central location, clean and tidy with great facilities to relax after a days skiing such as the spa area, apartment well equipped and spacious.

Location of the hotel is awesome, it's just inbetween the skilift station and between the city centre - nearest crociery shop (Sherpa) just few hundred meters away :)
Spa / pool / sauna area was nice warm and clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast (you can order fresh bread at the reception) and very friendly staff. Pool, steam bath and sauna were great, but can get very busy after everyone gets back from the slopes.
