The hotel was faultlessly clean. It wasn't a five star hotel, but the cleanliness and the correct arrangement of the utilities and facilities was of a highest level. We had a great experience of Finland in a nutshell in this very hotel plus the green woods surrounding this place is a huge asset for such solitary people as us. All the carefully thought-out design features, so that everything in our room was easy to operate and very comfortable to stay in. (eg lighting worked well and switches were in the right places). Also loved the art/design fusion with lots of interesting artworks in public areas (eg large hanging Ai Weiwei sculpture).The staff were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast staff were exceptional.
