Absolutely beautiful hotel made up of lots of different houses and courtyards. Good breakfast, fab piano bar and very helpful staff. Big thanks in particular to the various ‘bell-men’ who got us back to our room when we got a little lost!

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely buffet breakfast. Staff all super helpful and polite. Right next to the metro into the historic centre (though we walked most days). Bars and cafes, shopping centre close by. Small pool great for dipping.

The staff was fantastic they went beyond to help you. Very courteous and respectful of your privacy. My earphones was not working one night the girl at the desk I can't remember her name came to the room with ear buds and tried everything .When that did not work she got the maintenance guy to come and troubleshoot the problem until they got it to work It took about an hour but they didn't give up until the problem was solved. I was very impressed by their dedication to customer service
