Excellent location, amazing and helpful staff, beautiful city, very quiet, spacious rooms. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The staff was very nice in recommending good places to eat, things to see and planning in general! The overall experience was outstanding.

Perfect locaion, only five minutes walk to the royal palace and the plaza de españa. Rooms and all amenities are clean and tidy. Would recommend and look forward coming back if there's a chance.

Perfect location, near Plaza de España where there are 2 metro stations. Near Gran Via, the most famous road when you want to shop and enjoy the architecture of the buildings. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of things to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is large and has too much space to get comfortable.
