The location was in a great neighborhood, Albaicin. It's a very walkable neighborhood with lots of good viewpoints and food options. Caution: There's a lot of hills, so this location might not be suitable for someone who is unable to climb a lot of stairs. The host was great and the checkin process was smooth. We also received many good recommendations from them and the apartment had helpful information on what to see, where to go and also how to get around.

The location was excellent since there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The bus stop for the bus going to the Alhambra was just around the corner. We were also surprised with the modern furnishings and the spacious room. Next time, we plan to stay for more than one night.

What I liked most was the location and the independence of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

First of all the staff. Absolutely fabulous. Helpful, well prepared, polite, positive. Comfortable rooms and super beds. Varied and plentiful breakfast. To top it all the hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Highly recommend.

The hotel design and personnel. Except for the dining area. Lady was not too welcoming and not giving too much attention as compared to others she was attending to. But the rest of the staff in the hotel to the cleaning man was very good
