Very nice and cozy hotel, good breakfast. Location is 5 minutes from town center. Staff speaks good English. Very nice town with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Beautifully appointed property in the stunning town of Gengenbach. Our room, the outdoor area, spa and restaurants were exceptional. We enjoyed two dinners at Cocette and the breakfasts were lovely.

Stayed here before and will do again. All the staff are very good, rooms are large and mine included a balcony. Lots of options for breakfast. The bar is nicely located and has outdoor seating. Dinner was good.

I loved staying at this hotel! Every detail was in place, staff very friendly and professional, room comfortable and good size. It is located in a very beautiful small village which suited me well. They have a parking available at extra, but very fair fee. The parking is in the garage.

Our fourth time in this hotel and already planning the next. We love everything about this hotel, fabulous facilities, great food,friendly helpful staff and perfectly placed for touring the beautiful black forest, I can't recommend the Klosterbraustubern enough

While the Black Forest in general offers already a superb cusine, the Sonne Restaurant clearly stands out.
