Fantastic location - super central. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Jonathan and Atti). Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with a view.

We stayed 5 dayes at this hotel. Kitchen, balcony, working desk, good spare for two persons, cleaning service and room service at a high level. And in middle of everything: potzdamer no 3. We so loved it. And w'ill choose the same hotel next time we'are in Berlin.

This hotel absolutely exceed my expectations! The neighborhood was beautiful -- tree-lined streets, lots of shops and restaurants, and convenient to public transportation. The room was beautiful -- brimming with old-world charm -- and the 'business center' upgrade had TWO bathrooms (never seen that before in a hotel room), with the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was sumptuous, with pretty much every breakfast food you could think of. And the staff was top-notch -- especially Knute, the afternoon/night front desk person. He was exceptionally personable, funny and helpful. He recommended really good restaurants nearby, offered 'tips and tricks' for what to see and how to get around, and told us multiple stories about the city and what life was like growing up there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very nice, the room was quiet and clean. It was a perfect stay! Location is convenient if you plan to see different parts of Berlin because it has a big train station nearby.

The Hotel is just awsome. We arrived 5 hours in adavance due to early flight, the staff welcomed us with a free early check-in that usually is an extra charge. We were not asking for it, but they kindly offered and we got access to our amazing room, it means that personnel cares and can understand at first sight when a customer is in needs. The hotel main entrance is outstandiong, high ceiling, elegant marble column and floor and cozy leather sofa. The room is perfect, wooden floor, good perfume, cleaned in the most perfect way i never seen. There were no trace of dust and the bathroom looks like its first time used. There is plenty of space in the room, a desk where you can use your laptop (excellent wifi with huge bandwidht) and the bed is soft and cozy. We slept very well, temperature perfect and costant all night long. Breakfast in the morning is an experience: the breakfast room is in an old-syle with wooden wall and wood ceiling decoration, with marble pattern and wooden on the floor. Sofa and seats are just perfect, clean and very well maintaned. There is a lot of space between the tables so your privacy is guarantee, you can have your special breakfast and talk to your partner/friends with a jazz entertaining music. The food is a full international breakfast with fish, meat, cheese, vegetables and any sort of bread and baker products: kitchen personnel continuosly guarantee the freshness of the food, they replace cold cuts that is exposed for more than a fixed time with new one. Any extras you desire are promptly prepared and served. They booked a special table with candle for my fiancé's birthday which was a fantastic surprise. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the SPA but the photos are stunning, it would certainly have been a second great experience. The hotel is very close to the Berlin Friedrichstraße station, it is in the center of Berlin and you can get anywhere you want easily, fast and safe. We will be back for sure.
