A very comfortable hotel a few steps from the central park and Kolonada. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, breakfasts and dinners are generous and tasty. The hotel has its own wellness/spa facilities and a small pool. We'll definitely be back.

- clean big rooms
- quite good and diverse breakfast (Sunday was with French theme)
- free sauna till 9pm (but quite small)
- good variety of spa options (we really enjoyed classic massage. Lady at the spa is great)
- room has bath robe, slippers and sheets for sauna

Very nice atmospheric hotel. The SPA and pools are very nice. Breakfast is tasty and has a very good variety. There is parking in garage 400czk and nearby parking spot ~250czk. Perfect place to stay and relax with a vibe of historical buildings and springs of mineral water.

Great hotel with high standards of service. Staff was ery attentive and helpful. The hotel room was big and clean. All might need stuff was present. Nice and clean sauna (unfortunately, I haven't much time to visit all SPA facilities). Great choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner (bouffe). Nice bar with saxophone playing in the lobby of the hotel. Everything was very nice. I need more days to stay there! Highly recommended staying in this awesome hotel

Medical spa hotel Hvezda provides a great variety of medical treatment options and resources and also health spa facilities and a swimming pool.
The great quality food selection for breakfasts and dinners.
Very good location, close to mineral water sources, to parks, and to the places of a great historic value.
Variety of available cultural events in hotel itself and in town.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and attractive. Bathroom with bath, a good bed and everything extremely clean. There is a small swimming pool with massage jet and a small sauna.
The employees are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent. Good coffee and plenty of healthy options; something for everyone.
I thought the price-quality ratio was excellent.

Very good breakfast with a large number of choices, attentive and helpful staff. Staff was overall very helpful. The gym was incredibly well equipped. Close to the colonade, the museum and hiking trails. Good selection of various types of saunas (when the spa was working).

The hotel is located right near the Colonnada, if you need to regualrly drink the spring waters it would take you 2 minutes to walk. The breakfast and dinner was very good, included veggie selection, hot meals, snacks, icecream and cakes. The service was quick and efficient. The spa procedures are accessible quickly, I presume that depends on the amount of people in the hotel. The sauna and pool are top, very clean. The fitness room were almost always empty and has a very good equipment.

The wellness area is great, there are 4 different types of sauna including a hammam.
The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the other swimming pools were also great.
There is a pillow menu so you could order a scented pillow (pine, lavender for example) which help for better sleep.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a half board stay. The breakfast was very good and so the diner.
