Bloody brilliant hotel! The location is spot on - easy access to both national parks without the hassle. Our room was massive and clean as a whistle, with a balcony that opened right onto proper mountain views. Felt like we were camping in the clouds but with all the comforts! What really made it was the top-notch service. Cheers to Wendy and the team for being absolute legends - they sorted our airport pickup, park tickets and even gave us some fair dinkum local tips. No stress at all! Breakfast had a solid spread with both hot tucker and healthy options, and the pool was bonza after a long day hiking. If you're an Aussie heading to Zhangjiajie, this is the place to stay - great value, heaps of space and good vibes all round. Will be telling the mates back home about this one!

This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help! Facilities: There is an elevator, and the view is good. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Right at the entrance are the landmarks; just cross the small stream and you arrive. Service: The front desk was very thoughtful, recommending travel routes for us in advance and even booking tickets, which were slightly cheaper than online. They also recommended places to eat. Avoid the inn across the river on the left; we had a bad experience there. The one on the right next to the hotel is pretty good and worth recommending.
