The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, beautiful dishes, warm water and drinkable water. The private bathroom clean and modern was more than expected. Last but not least, very quiet surrounded by nature and very easy access to the center of town with the used of the trams and buses. I appreciated the host explained to us which bus to take to get to the lake Zurich and we had a swim on our very first day which will be one of our greatest memory. The host granted us a few hours to accommodate our needs on our day of checking out.

Amazing stay, excellent breakfast, spacious room got an immediate upgrade. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Location is fantastic, just next to Coop and also few mins away from Altstatten train station which is 6 mins away from Zurich Hauptbahnhoff (main train station). Definitely coming bach to Mercure Zurich City, thanks for the amazing stay.
