The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. The position is very great and with a amazing view especially in the night. And the stuffs are so so so kind. It is because of my mistake and make a wrong understand of check-out time and they forgive me. Thats a so comprehensive process.

Excellent hotel, with air conditioning that made a lot of difference during our stay, as we went in the summer and it was very hot in Zurich. Be aware that some central hotels do not have air conditionin. It is a 10-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and a block away from restaurants and a market. The rooms are larges and the breakfast is amazing.
