I could say that this hotel is possibly the best I have stayed in . The Director of the property Mr Stefan and his team are simply the best hosts . The view from the property is breathtaking and incase you choose the room facing the mountains you are in for a real treat ! It seemed like we are in paradise . What made our stay even more special was the care and attention given by Mr Stefan and his team . We stayed in the junior suite which was very well appointed . The bathrooms were refurbished and modern . The swimming pool is heated with a jacuzzi by its side . Perfect for any family or couple to get in and relax and enjoy the breath taking view from the pool area as well . The hotel also has a well appointed children’s play room . The breakfast was typical English breakfast with a wide choice of breads eggs fruits cheese meats cereals and teas . But what really adds to the breakfast is the ambience . The breakfast area again overlooks the small town and snow clad mountains . The bar is cosy and their charming bar man Louis will pamper you with his classic cocktails . Coming to the menu for lunch and dinner , they have a very different menu but we were speechless after having their lentil burger and beet root burger . These are the best and healthiest burgers we have had . Being from india and my wife being vegetarian we were amazed how we could get such burgers in a small town like Wengen ! Everything about this property is perfect and with the personalised attention of Mr Stefan who took great care in ensuring we were comfortable was the icing on the cake . He would be there every day in the morning at the breakfast table interacting with the guests and ensuring everything is taken care and all day right at the front desk welcoming guests with his warmth and beautiful smile . I have stayed at the Taj Hyatts Hiltons Ritz but never have I come across a director so involved and interactive the all his guest ! Thank you somuch Beausite Park Team !

Recently renovated room and spa made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Restaurant and bar in the hotel were nice.

Amazing hospitality from the staff and great view from hotel. Breakfast spread was excellent. People were helpful right from station pick up to check out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Provide information before we arrive and respond to questions promptly. Great location walking distance to train station, gondola station, and town. Wonderful view from hotel and room. Room is very clean and they provided room cleaning 2 times in a day. Best mountain view from my balcony. Breakfast included during our stayed and we had Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant, delicious food. Enjoyed our stay in Regina Hotel. Thank you all the staff in hotel Regina , we will sure come back again !

The outstanding hospitality of the late reception representative, even late at night they made us feel so cozy and comfortable like home. The best reception manager I have ever faced, globally. The location is incredible. Top destination.

The staff and owners went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. They met us at the top of the cable car late at night to pick us and our many bags up without even telling us - what a nice way to begin our stay. The breakfasts were great with a variety of options and I especially loved the self serve smoothie bar! Loved the hotel amenities including the fun pool and relaxing saunas. Special thanks to Suzanna and Carla for their exceptional hospitality and kind hearts. We hope to be back to this gem again soon!

Great hotel, facilities, staff and breakfast. My room was excellent, situated with an amazing view of the mountains. I highly recommend hotel murren palace to anyone looking to stay in Murren.
