Great place! Surrounded by great nature. Clean and modern. Breakfast was also very nice. Wellness definitely did not disappoint. We had some great ice cream at the hotel for those summer nights. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. The location is just midway between Interlaken and Thun. The rooms have a wonderfull lake and mountain view. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious and included in the price. Parking was free. Thanks for room upgrade to suit.

The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!
