We had a wonderful stay. Good-sized room facing the lake and marina. Excellent facilities. The Spa was really lovely. The reception desk team was very forthcoming and helpful. In jungfrau region, much better to stay here, than in Interlaken.

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they tried very hard to fulfill all my needs and requests. Everything was super well maintained and comfortable. The spa area is also super comfortable. Breakfast was also great and with a huge options. I’ve nothing to fault the hotel.

The spa facilities are amazing, breakfast is included and sooo delicious, they are dog-friendly with a wonderful garden and quick access to a perfect lakeside walk for the dog. Amazing panoramic views in the restaurant, and the best spa I’ve been to in Europe!

Little wait to be checked in after a 9 hour drive but when we were checked in it was fast and efficient. Great views and breakfast room was very generous and the Spa was lovely. The bar menu for eating was limited in the evening but the view from the terrace was breathtaking.
