We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

A superb, funky Victorian-era building, beautifully restored with many internal architectural features including an atrium, Victorian ironwork and a theatre. A modern spa with swimming pool opposite the hotel. Varied restaurants nearby including multi-ethnic restaurants in nearby Hotel Laudinella. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, apart from one staff member who was very un helpful.. Reception were amazing, Julia in the restaurant and her colleague, can't remember his name were super amazing. Housekeeping were super fantastic.
