From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. Excellent location, astonishing view from the balcony, spacious apartment, comfortable, very easy to access, the owner was very kind and helpful in al aspects.

The staff at the hotel are incredible - they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and we really did! The view is also amazing from the rooms and the main lobby area - so pretty at night too

Great place, we had a view of the lake and garden (definitely recommend). Nice staff although there were a few let downs. However, we are delighted with the place- a successful holiday and a beautiful place .
