Modern classy and amazing staff very helpful

Very chic hotel with amazing view. Great spa area. Breakfast is good, many kinds of pastry, but as for vegetables there were only tomatoes. We’re traveling with a dog and it was so nice when we enter the room and saw small treatments for our pet, as well as a special towel. Defiantly would like to come back. Great spa area.

We had half pension, which we very much enjoyed. The breakfast was fine.

It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the lake. Amazing pool and great customer service.

This is the best hotel in Lugano, it faces directly across the lake, it has an incredible view of it, I have stayed here before several years ago, and I noticed during my stay this time that the stuff and services have been dramatically improved, i strongly recommend to try this experience.

Great place, we had a view of the lake and garden (definitely recommend). Nice staff although there were a few let downs. However, we are delighted with the place- a successful holiday and a beautiful place .

high quality, clean and very helpful staff

Very nice updated space, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed for the kids. Air-conditioning is in, washing machine is a plus.

They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. Your staff truly made my stay unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my time at your hotel. Once again, thank you for the exceptional service and warm hospitality.
