Very friendly, helpful and lovely staff, which made us feel right at home. Superb breakfast. Great amenities, especially after a long ski day (sauna, bar...). The hotel has its own restaurant, which serves delicious food (we stayed there for dinner pretty much everyday for an entire week!). Very charming decor. Well located and well connected. Definitely recommend!

The location, hotel, location, spa area and the most of all Hotel Waldegg staff are impeccable. The rooms and all facilities are clean and tidy (twice daily room service!). Everything about our stay was magical! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The hotel is so beautiful, it felt like a real swiss alpine experience with the wooden interiors and beautiful carpets. The location is beautiful and the food was exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay! It was pure quality. So much better than most of the 5-star modern hotels we usually pick. This had so much character and charm and felt so quality. The breakfast was 10/10 and the restaurant food was once of the best meals weve ever had! I highly recommend!

All was really good. I do not understand reviews about owner. On the reception was a really kind man, which tell us everything what was necessary. Room was very clean and new. There was nice small kitchen with fridge. A few steps from cable car. Highly recommend this hotel.
