Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

Hotel room was very clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of things. The hotel is very quiet. There is a underground parking below the hotel which connects to the hotel.
