Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The most beautiful and peaceful location. Della was lovely and very helpful. We were sad to leave - such a cosy place! Thank you for letting us stay. The spa is also incredible.

The hotel is at walkable distance from the city centre. It is close to Interlaken OST train station. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean.There is a balcony as well.
