The room was clean and big.They upgraded us to a superior room without any extra charges Staff was polite, helpful Overall my stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a luxury stay at a reasonable price

The rooms are large and cleaned everyday. Personnel is nice and very helpful. Breakfast is great. Manager helped to resolve difficult situation.

Great front desk staff. Got an upgrade to a better room. Gave good advice on dining and shopping downtown. Free shuttle to the airport also a plus. And the room had excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the lovely handwritten note in the room that welcomed me to the hotel. Nice touch. (I kept the note.)

We stayed two nights at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. We were traveling with our small baby, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They not only provided us with a quiet room, as requested, but also fulfilled our special request for a baby bed — we asked for just a mattress instead of a crib, and by the time we arrived, everything was perfectly set up. At breakfast the next morning, the manager immediately brought over a high chair without us even asking and kindly offered to prepare any special meal for the baby. We asked for oatmeal without milk, and they cooked it specially for her. In the evening, when I was looking for a snack for the baby at the bar, the bartender even suggested asking the chef to make a soup! We travel a lot with our two-year-old and have never experienced such thoughtful care and ease in any hotel before. We had an early checkout, and the kitchen prepared a takeaway breakfast for us — oatmeal for the baby, plus a lovely selection of pastries, cheese, sausages, eggs, and fruit. Again, this was far beyond our expectations. The hotel itself is new, beautifully decorated with local art and artifacts, and perfectly located near the old town on a pedestrian street. Even though cars and taxis can’t reach the entrance, the receptionists kindly helped us carry our luggage to the taxi about 150 meters away. Breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of local cheeses, breads, fruits, and hot dishes. The beds, pillows, and duvets were exceptionally comfortable. Overall, everything — from the warm, attentive staff to the beautiful design and convenient location — made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
