Location was great, walking distance (20 min) to the Old Town, cloesness to a tram, shopping. Additionally, the staff was truly sweet and helpful (Rada) and a lady at the breakfast. The room was very clean and sheets were crispy. Parking availability.

Great location, staff very welcoming and efficient, hotel well maintained. Our room was lovely and clean. Situated in the heart of Salzburg and close to great restaurants, pharmacies, cafeterias and stores in general.

A small, exclusive hotel with personal flair. It consists of two buildings, Altstadthotel and the Residenz, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area.

Location is next to Linzer Gasse with plenty of eateries and good shopping. Under 15 minutes walk to the main Christmas market at the Dom. Yet this place is quiet. Lovely to wake up and come back to the restful spa facilities at the hotel too - pool, sauna, steam room, rest areas fhat open till 10pm (no rush after dinner). The staff are truly the stars, they looked after us very warmly, contacted us earlier to assist with Christmas dinner reservations. And always with a bounce in their steps, their energy is infectious. Thanks for a great stay! We will stay here again when we return to Salzburg.
