Good breakfast. Friendly staff and nice owner. Felt well looked after. Excellent sauna / balcony with wonderful views. Very close to the ski lifts.

Very nice hotel with good energy and atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and the big plus for me was the Bluetooth speaker that allows you to create an even better atmosphere in your room. The spa and pool are perfect. There is even a cold mountain stream next to the pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff and the owner Andreas were very friendly. I will definitely come back when visiting this area again.

We've been everywhere throughout the Alps, hotels and apartments, and this one without the usual fuss, delivers subtle perfection, because good things come with the attention to details, we often see intention but utter fail in execution. Not on this one. Location is superb right next to the lifts, very good ski store next to it. Also there's a bus station nearby. Everything was remarkably clean. We had typical alpine room but apart from other places, it was truly functional; lots of sockets everywhere; bed, near the sofa, etc. Two big LCD TVs. Two sink bathroom. Walk in shower that doesn't leak to the rest of the bathroom. Quiet. Staff was always there without intruding with your daily stuff. An excellent and always in top cleaning conditions ski room. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you can expect without the usual annoying daily changes of fruit or bread that some hotels do. We'll come back for sure

Don't get discouraged by the location. It's not in reasonable walking distance from the slopes, but around 25 meters from the hotel, there is a bus stop for ski buses operated by the ski resort with interval of 20 minutes for each direction all day and on the top of that the hotel operates it's own transportation in morning peaks. I never needed to use my car. The single room is not very large, but really cozy. It's possible to choose soft or hard mattress and thick or thin cover. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I wanted to extend my staying, they did some swaps so I could keep my room as long as possible and then they agreed to move my stuff to new room while I was enjoying the hills. Internet connection was reliable and fast even for an IT specialist and online meetings. I'm very picky and usually I try to find in reasonable distance the best restaurants instead of eating in my hotel so I booked it only with breakfast. At the end I was eating there regularly as it turned out that this was actually one of the best ones. I'm suspicious that it would have been much cheaper as a full board, but for me it was still worth it. I liked the approach where I could use buffet for starters and then the soup and main meal was a la carte, always something interesting, no ordinary meals. Very good service. Opening hours were friendly, no problem with coming something after 20:00. I like craft beers and they had them in their offer, like local craft New England IPA. Breakfast also perfect, with some alterations and something special. Hotel seems to be family friendly, but I was never bothered by any kids. There was reasonable arrangement of tables. The wellness was officially open 16-19, but at 19 nobody comes to kick the guests out. The capacity is sufficient unless the hotel is full and weather too bad. In the wellness area, there are available good drinks for free. For entertainment there is a table football at the basement.

Breathtaking interior design, big and super cosy common space on the top floor for chilling, extraordinary breakfast every day with another extra, super delicious tea in the sauna... We loved every moments of our stay!

A real family ran hotel, modern, clean and lovely facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fabulous, and the hotel minibus to and from the lift was great. Thanks Hotel Sonnegg

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms with a stunning view of the ski slope right at your fingertips, prime location in the heart of the town, friendly and welcoming staff and owners who fulfill your every wish with a smile, outstanding food, and excellent, relaxing hotel amenities such as a sauna and a pool. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely return again.
