The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived on a rest-day, yet the restaurant offered a 4-course dinner, which was made with local or home grown ingredients and was very flavorful. We liked the chefs approach very much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious too. The spa area offered many different saunas, pool area was peaceful.

The facilities (pool, sauna area/spa etc.) were excellent. Breakfast was good and location perfect (not on the main street). Extra thanks to the staff who were beyond friendly and helpful!

What a stunning 5 day mountain escape. Beautiful wellness spaces and luxurious facilities. Just so very special all of the free events offered to guests, wow, we were so impressed. Thank you Markus for the meditation and sauna experiences.
Very rarely do we stay in all-inclusive places but again, wow - the food could not be faulted.
More staff are needed when the hotel is fully-booked so that dinner is not a 3 hour event but other than that, a truly exceptional time, thank you.

It was fairly close to the Penkenbahn lift, lots of space to store your skiing equipment, rooms were clean and cozy, lovely view from the balcony, the bathroom was incredibly spacious, the sauna was relaxing and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Very clean and spacious rooms which were recently redecorated, with a beautiful view from the balcony.
Location is perfect, just outside the town center, so it is quiet at night. But all facilities, including ski lift and après ski at walking distance.
Breakfast was very good, and loads of choice.
Free parking in front of the door.
Great Wellness/sauna area to relax after a day on the mountain.
