What a fantastic stay !. The staff ( everyone) are excellent. Attentive, professional and yet still personal and warm. We felt immediately welcome, the owner took real time and attention to get to know us. The rooms are super, the wellness area is excellent. Our recommendation, give the restaurant a try. The food is amazing, the wines on offer are superb and its a real treat. Okay the prices reflect the high quality and standards of the ingredients and preparation. Its not a schnitzel and chips place !!.... but its a wonderful menu, great service and a bit of gourmet flair in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

This was a perfect small hotel in a great location. It was quiet and clean. We had a very comfortable stay and the gentleman running it was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful host who made us feel comfortable and at home right away. Our appartement was lovely with a beautiful view, sunny balcony and well furnished. The sauna and spa area was great after a full day skiing

The staff were super friendly. The receptionist informed us that, as part of the booking, we had free access to the cable-car at both Gerlos and Königsleiten. We took the one at Königsleiten. Great views and the kids had a blast on the zip-line over the lake at 2,300m. An unexpected bonus. The room and breakfast were great.

Everything about this hotel was AMAZING. The manager, Andrea is very nice, kind and helpful. We loved the hotel, but we would also come back just for Andrea, she was great! The whole crew at the hotel was very nice, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the view of Zell am Ziller from the hotel is gorgeous. I want to go back soon.
