This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our trip and the staff were exceptional. The bar and waiting staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional especially the outdoor pool in the winter. Skiing was fabulous and we had unlimited activities to enjoy during the day too if you needed a day off skiing. The room was very comfortable and complements to the hotel cleaning staff who always had our room spotless. The food every day was excellent and always a good choice on the menu.

This 4-star hotel in the centre of Ellmau is right next to the ski lift into the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area. It features indoor and outdoor pools and a golf course.

General location- pretty much in the middle between Salzburg and Tyrol's main attractions. Design- clean and tidy with some stylish decorations FOOD!! superb breakfast, superb dinner (at the restaurant). Room- spacious. Location (within the town)- just on the border of the pedestrian zone and the road, so extremely convenient both to reach with car and then walk around the interesting village pedestrian center.

Built in 1897 in the Art Nouveau style, the Erika is one of the most traditional and renowned hotels in Kitzbühel and is just a 3-minute drive away from the Hahnenkamm Cable Car.

Thank you very much for cozy stay. Everything was perfect. Rooms and PILLOWS are really comfortable. SPA and sauna warm and terrific! FB was at highest level! Special thanks to Nino, who took care of us during all stay. Free shuttle service to ski lifts.Mini bar is included with non alko drinks. Highly recommend this property. Will definetly come back.
