I like everything about the hotel: it is a beautiful boutique hotel with beautiful rooms with stunning views, clean rooms, amazing facilities from the roof and indoor pool, yoga room, and Sauna, and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I will come back again. WQe enjoyed every minute - I wish we could have stayed longer

The location was excellent, very close to the river and shops. The swimming pool was a good length and also a jacuzzi The staff were very helpful Our room had a balcony which was fantastic for a glass of wine in the evening

THis facility is EXCELLENT!!! What a dream of a place to relax and vacation. Mother Nature provided rain for many days but we were comfortable, well taken are of and enjoyed the clean indoor pool and sauna. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic breakfast and afternoon "Kaffee und Kuchen" with delights backed by Margareta (the owner) herself. This is a family operated hotel and restaurant and we were truly spoiled. They all went above and beyond helping us (when our rental car would not start), catered to our needs for our 93 year old mother and were always kind, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property called the Mostschenke im Heustadl and provides a five star Austrian experience in dining. The family has been on this property since the 1600's and have up-dated and built the hotel in the last ten - twelve years. The Mostschenke is the renovated cattle barn and it a delightful venue for dining. The Hotel is clean, bright and the two bedroom chalet suite is a dream for a family vacation. I absolutely loved this place. I could not recommend it more! The spa facilities were exceptional, i had a facial and that was great! The food was great. The staff were all professional and helpful. I would 100% stay here again. Worth the price tag.

Fantastic hotel, loved our stay at Vitalhotel Gosau. Comfy beds, spacious room with balcony and lovely towels and bath robes. They offer a summer card which entitles for a lot of reduced fare activities. The staff were extremely nice and willing to help. The room was tidied up every day. I strongly recommend Vitalhotel to anyone who's searching for quality time and peace of mind.
