Situated in the heart of Triglav National Park in Ribčev Laz, Hotel Gasperin Bohinj is 250 metres away from Bohinj Lake. It offers Bed & Breakfast, en-suite rooms with satellite TV and fridges. We were a family of 4 adults and found the quad room perfect for our needs, very spacious and allowing enough privacy from our two sons. Kelly was a great host, very accommodating in allowing us to check in early and full of helpful advice on local hikes and excursions. Breakfast was fabulous with fresh pastries, good coffee and lots of hot and cold options. The hotel is well located, close to the bus stop and only a short walk to the lake. The Foksner restaurant nearby specializes in gourmet burgers which hit the spot after a long day in the hills. Highly recommend hiring kayaks for a morning on the lake. Apartmaji Triglav is situated in the idyllic village of Stara Fuzina at lake Bohinj. The view of Lake Bohinj from our room was incredible. I love seeing the mist over the lake in the morning. The rooms are large and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a kitchen. The staff at Apartmaji Triglav are so welcoming and kind. The location is very central and there are places to eat that are walking distance nearby. This was our second stay at Apartmaji Triglav and it felt like returning home. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Hotel Bohinj is situated 100 metres from Bohinj Lake. It offers rooms with mountain view and few rooms on the top floor with lake view. The location was awesome. Only two minutes walk from the lake. Picture below ,the garden view from our balcony.

Alenka is a gracious, experienced, professional host who is available and helpful. We were a little apprehensive knowing that we'd be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with other guests; however, we ended up having a great time with them, and the shared bathroom was not a problem. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, utensils and pans, although two burners and no oven for 6 people is a stretch. Parking on site was safe and convenient.
