UNESCO World Heritage Site, Shirakawago Historic Village is a 30-minute drive away. World Heritage Sites, Suganuma and Ainokura Village are both a 10-minute drive and Taira Ski Resort is a 15-minute bus ride away. The room had incredible views of the snowy mountains, the meals had a lot of fresh, local, and seasonal food, the hot spring was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
