Location is great, around 5 minutes from the main attractions of kusatsu. I would definitely stay there again.

The private bath outside the room is fantastic; it was snowing on the day of my stay, making the snow bath very enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly to foreigners, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Although I don't know the name of the staff on that day, the service was excellent.

All the staff were exemplary, catering to all our needs. The dinner was worthy of Michelin imo, grande course with so many options. The breakfast too and it snowed so everything was beautiful, the views 😍 We had private onsen room and the room was huge, steeped in tradition and the onsen was lushhhh especially when you open the door the combo of heat and cold! will be back again, recommended!

Staff were amazing people - treat them well and with respect and you'll get it back plus more. They treated us like gods which at times, was overwhelming. But we appreciated the level of service that they offered.
