Set 0.2 km from Freedom Square, Paskunji Residence offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is offered. The staff is super friendly and amazingly helpful! Giorgi assisted us with everything from check-in until check-out, making sure everything was up to the residence's usual standards; and Lili was super helpful and got in touch before our stay to help and advise about accomodation, and checking in during our stay to make sure all was well. They really made us feel like we were at home and didn't need anything. I have never seen better staff anywhere! The penthouse was amazing and beyond our expectations, with top cleanliness, high-tech installations and state-of-the-art appliances.

Owner, Mamuka, is super friendly! Even though we don’t speak Georgian, Russian and Italian, we managed to share a bit of life (on wine / travel tips) via translation apps. He even gave us some Georgian wine to try! Only stairs to access the room but not a big problem for us. Conveniently located that only 5-min walk to Avlabari metro station where you can find buses to Yerevan / many other places. Nice fruit shops downstairs.

It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.
