Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. My room was spacious and comfortable, and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, and dinners were outstanding (I decided to eat only at the hotel). Location was good: it's around 10 minutes easy walk to the town centre, and the hotel provides a bus to ferry guests to and from the train station.

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. We love the pool, services from the hotel.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. The staff, the spa, the breakfast and the room is amazing. This three star hotel is better than many five-star hotels.
