The property is non-smoking and is set 5.1 km from Source of the Rhine River - Lake Thoma. Lockbox right outside the front door. The directions provided easily got you to where you needed to go, the box was labled and was not hard to operate at all. We used the lockbox when we left the apartment to ski so we didn't all have to return as a group and no risk in losing the key.

A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area.

Ski storage space is available on-site and both skiing and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the chalet. Nice location, super view, kitchen fully equiped, toys for kids to play, and great grill/fire place.

The hotel provides free ski storage. Guests can rent ski equipment directly on site. In addition, activities such as hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing can be enjoyed in the area. Bicycles and e-bikes can also be rented at The Chedi Andermatt, and an exclusive ski and sports butler service is available. Everything was super! we will be back soon for sure :)

As it's self check in the instructions could be better but after some exploration we figured it out. Only one key given so needs a bit of coordination when with multiple people and couples. Single parking only which again was not made clear at all and any other car is street parking which is hit and miss depending if there are free spaces but otherwise there is paid parking close by.
