We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing! The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing! We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. What a location. Directly view to the Matterhorn from our balcony. The hotel is at the edge of town closest to Matterhorn. Short walk to town. Big rooms bathtub with sky window. Best room I have ever stayed in. Room 402. The staff and facilities was great. Breakfast could be a little more upped but was fine. We loved it. Look at the photo from our balcony the day we arrived. Gondola station only 2 min away from the hotel. Stunned. Goosebumps. Wow.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. Bodmi Arena and bus station just outside of the premises. Very convenient for beginner snow activities lover.

In the heart of the valley. Although we booked a smaller room, Adam upgrade us with a better room. Everything was perfect. The room, it was clean, the view from tje balcony breathtaking and the brekfast also perfect. Adam was very kind and helpful. We had also parking in the property, very important if you are travelling by car. For sure we will choose it again and we totally recommend it to everyone!
