The bus station is right in front, therefore it's very easy to come by public transportation. I had the chance to get my room straight when I've arrived and before the usual check-in time: it has allowed me to work remotely without any stress, so thanks a lot, this has been highly appreciated. The view on the snowy mountain is really beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of choices. Last but not least, the barman and the ladies at the reception were absolutely amazing.

Towels and linen were provided at no extra cost. Lockers inside the room with a key-card lock. The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. Staff were also very friendly :)

Breakfast and SPA were great. Beds are comfy, the cleaning serivce is really nice. SPA bag (with all the needed things for SPA) was waiting for us in the room - very nice and thoughtful. The staff at the reception, restaurants and bars is extremelly friendly and useful. Gave us many tips and tricks!

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located ski retreat!Especially thanks to Elaine.^•^

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The best hotel I ever had: the location, the balcony with a superb view, the spa, the breakfast. I would stay here forever
