Modern and well-decorated hotel. The bus station is right in front, therefore it's very easy to come by public transportation. I had the chance to get my room straight when I've arrived and before the usual check-in time: it has allowed me to work remotely without any stress, so thanks a lot, this has been highly appreciated. The view on the snowy mountain is really beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of choices. Last but not least, the barman and the ladies at the reception were absolutely amazing.

The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Towels and linen were provided at no extra cost. Lockers inside the room with a key-card lock. The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. Staff were also very friendly :)

The area is popular for hiking and skiing, and ski equipment hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Breakfast and SPA were great. Beds are comfy, the cleaning serivce is really nice. SPA bag (with all the needed things for SPA) was waiting for us in the room - very nice and thoughtful. The staff at the reception, restaurants and bars is extremelly friendly and useful. Gave us many tips and tricks!

The accommodation offers a children's playground. The area is popular for skiing, and bike hire is available at Hotel Krone - Aktiv & Erholt. Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are also available on-site. Nice location, very clean, excellent brekkie, with garden to chill and to enjoy the view and hospitable staff. Recommended!

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb.

Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The best hotel I ever had: the location, the balcony with a superb view, the spa, the breakfast. I would stay here forever

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Only a short walk from the station and we were in our spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn.. The bed was very comfortable and shower was good. The staff at reception were very friendly. The helped us by printing out the tickets when we had to book a train online. The young South American in charge of the kitchen was very friendly and looked after us well. There was a great range of hot and cold breakfast items. This was our third time staying here. It just gets better each time!!
