Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

A great solution for families. A warn, authentic experience! The on-site restaurant is very convenient, and of good quality. The personnel was very friendly and efficient, both in the hotel, and in the restaurant!

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

It is also within walking distance of Lake Thunersee which has various swimming spots. The property itself is very well kept, clean and well stocked with kitchenware. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was warm/high pressured. The mattress was comfortable and there was a small dining table that was very helpful. The views of the alps from here were amazing! Decking and outdoor furniture affords to opportunity to sit outside in the warm mornings/evenings. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again in the future. Using Interlacken as a base for our trip was the best decision and this property enhanced that!

With mountain views, this accommodation features a terrace. The accommodation provides a lift and full-day security for guests. Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!
