The room was clean and located in a beautiful area about 1 km from the center of Lunz. Breakfast was luxurious, generous, and served. There were rolls, ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, fruit, and vegetables. We were also offered a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs. To drink, there was coffee and juice. Outside, there is a seating area for enjoying beer or wine. We were able to charge and store our e-bikes in the building.

I think this was the best place I have ever stayed at while on any trip I've ever been to. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are absolutely beautiful with hand-crafted furniture pieces, paintings and drawings are done by hand, not just printed pictures like almost any other place I've been to. The interior in general was beautiful. If you plan on cooking, I think there's nothing missing from the kitchen. And if you go mountain hiking, the trail starts almost next to this place. If anything, I felt like we were underpaying for this good service that we got. I really wish there would be more places like this and I hope to visit this place again very soon :)

The owner was really nice and waited for our late arrival and showed us around. The apartment itself was really lovely. The kitchen was very well equiped as well as the bathroom. It really had all we needed. You can also store your ski and shoes in the hall downstairs which is lovely. They also have fridge with some wine/beer/softs to buy which definitely comes in handy. Parking is right next to the property. In the neighbourhood there are 2 ski lovely ski slopes within 30 minutes distance by car.
