The Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn cable car is 800 metres away and the stop of the free ski bus can be found right in front of the hotel. A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. it was super clean, cozy, spacious. Stuff is very friendly, food is amazing and it’s dog friendly!

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Activities such as cycling, canoeing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. A private beach area, water sports facilities and ski storage space are all featured at the aparthotel, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Top quality villa on the great location.

A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as skiing, snowboaring, horse riding, windsurfing and diving. A paragliding landing spot is in the immediate vicinity of the property. Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Kind hosts, delicious breakfast, such a relaxing holidays.

The apartment has a garden to relax in after a busy day, along with ski storage space. We visited for the 2nd time. Great property by the lake. To our surprise they updated the toilet and the bathroom since our last visit. Will come back again.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, lake views, and free WiFi. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

Mathiasl Panorama Ferienwohnungen's spa area also includes an infrared cabin, steam bath and relaxation room. The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. The view was magnificent. As it was located on the hillside and the shop could only reached by car different goods were available at the entrance of the accommodation for acceptable price that made “shopping” simple. There were different type of saunas and a relaxing room that were also nice and cozy. The owners were kind and helpful. They provided a transfer available to the ski slope that proved to be useful as the parking place was usually full after 9 o’clock. The departure time was negotiable. So we had good impressions and left with nice memories.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Bodensdorf, like skiing, cycling and hiking. Guests at Waldvilla BERGSEE can enjoy walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. Great location with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean.
