Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Arinsal Ski Lifts, Aparthotel Sant Andreu offers heated apartments with private balconies and lovely views of the valley. Free WiFi is available. One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Excellent staff, super kind and helped us with whatever we needed. And even more than that The hotel looks new and renovated. The room was spacious, clean and the shower was really good! You’re so close to the small stream you can hear it :) Thank you ;)

Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

It offers comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi access, in the centre of Benasque. 係の方々の対応が非常に丁寧で、ベッドメイキングやタオルなどの取り替えもほぼ毎日していただけて、とても清潔かつ快適に過ごせました。 併設のレストランでコーヒーを飲んだのですが、味も価格も良く、頻繁に通うようになりました。その際、たまにサービスで飴を渡して下さったりして、そのフレンドリーな対応が見知らぬ土地で少し緊張していた自分にとってはかなり心地の良いものでした。 また朝食も充実しており、クロワッサン・コーヒー・スライスのハム類とチーズ・固焼きオムレツ・スライスのパンをいただくことができ、さらにヨーグルトや果物まで付けてもらえました。コーヒー以外の飲み物として水とオレンジジュースが机にあり、それらも良かったです。 レストランは昼食・夕食ともに利用できたので料理を食べたのですが、それらも美味しかったです。 総じて、サービスが行き届いた、非常に良いホテルであったと思います。
