The hotel is very cozy yet extremely clean and luxurious. The location is great and it's about 10 minutes drive to the center and taxis are always available in the area. We booked premium rooms and the view is amazing. All the staff are very kind and helpful which is what we liked most. Room service is great and many delicious Italian dishes. Breakfast is nice with some variety.

The host was an amazing person and made us feel at our home. The area was safe and vibrant with local people, shops, and restaurants around. The Grand Mosque and Bazaar (Carsi) is within walking distance. You can even walk to Osman Ghazi Tomb by walk. Definitely recommend this place to stay!

It's a wonderful hotel. The hotel was histrical and the staffs were kind. They were helpful and patient even when I had credit card trouble. If I visit Bursa again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
