I liked that the apartment had modern finishes, and was clean and tidy. The air-con worked well for the heat and there were multiple charging points for my family to make use of. The host was also very attentive and provided lift access for my parents. A note that there still is one short flight of stairs but totally bearable. We had a terrace with lovely views of the surroundings. The location was also in walking distance of the green mosque and multiple convenience stores and eating places to choose from. It was a bit of a struggle via public transport to get to the apartment, but that’s no fault to the host. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer

Everything. The location is near to the historical and commercial center of the city and Zafer Plaza Mall,. The architecture is old, but the building is very well maintained. The rooms are large, clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you could need, the interior design it's romantic, the view is fabulous. Rich breakfast. 100 point for the hotel and restaurant staff.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the fact that we received a baby cot even though we hadn’t requested one – a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the dining area is beautifully decorated, making it a real pleasure to start the day there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation!

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a pharmacy that would be open at night, one of them even offered to bring what we needed from her home.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Location is near the ulo camy Bazar (mall) and in the center of Bursa, 10 minutes by car to get the Bursa Teleferik. We had great 4 days and made good memories.
