The property manager Natsumi-san was very very helpful when my nephew left his toy behind. Also, love the experience of living in a house with lots of history. The garden was very pretty and well maintained. The futon is not thin, so it was a comfortable sleep for us foreigners.

We stayed here for one night visiting cherry blossom festival near Takada Castle. The hotel is 2 min by foot from the railway station, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and breakfast tasty. We got a room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There is a public onsen just at the corner, so you can relax there in the evening after a long walk as we did.

One stop resort with all facilities for family, in-house onsen, gym, spa and skiing park. Excellent and convenient for family, the skiing adventure course for my boys for whole day, which need to pay, but it gives free time for parents and big fun for kid. Good, highly recommended!!
