Emanuela is a fantastic host, she made us feel very comfortable and kept regular communication around check in/out times and recommendations in the area. The staff is really nice and friendly, the offer you a free non-alcoholic drink. The breakfast is worth the money and they also have gluten free and lactose free options which I did not expect but highly appreciated. Well situated for public travel - overlooking the lake and has plenty of bars restaurants and shops near- staff couldn’t do enough for you, room cleaned to perfection daily, nice varied breakfast - very lovely (family run I assume) hotel - thanks x
