great place, great view, very attentive staff. 10 minutes to Belladgio. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty, the chef took into account all our wishes. Excellent summer pool. The best option in terms of price-quality ratio of all that we have stayed before

I could not recommend this place enough to stay if you are coming to Lake Como. Ideally located, you can walk 5 minutes to the train station and easily get a train two stops to Varenna and then travel around from there. The owners are both very friendly and helpful - they allowed us to check in early when we arrived. Our train back to Lecco was cancelled when we were leaving and the owners drove us to Lecco with no charge! The Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The room design is modern and very comfortable, and they are cleaned each day. It is genuinely fantastic for the price you pay. We ate in the hotels restaurant on our last night and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

The apartment is just like in the pictures, no wear and tear, everything is new and of good quality and well taken care off. It is modern, well decorated with care and very spacious. The view from the kitchen, balcony and living room is out of this world, so incredibly beautiful. Even from the master bedroom you have a view to the back at the beautiful church. Location is great close to the lake and a short walk to the centre of Lecco. Lots of shops around as well if you don't want to venture there. Parking is Italian style on the street where you can get it. We always found a spot. Would highly recommend this place and will do my very best to return.

Located in a lovely little town overlooking Lake Como, in a charming alleyway. Overall, we had a really great time here! Let me highlight some of the positives: • We received a very warm welcome and were given a tour of the facilities and our room. They also arranged parking for us—which can be quite tricky around Lake Como. Thank you for that! • The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with them overall! • The building is perfectly located, offering a beautiful view of the lake. • The room was stylishly designed and well-equipped. It had a lovely view and a small balcony overlooking the lake. It was such a pleasure to sit there with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. One unique feature: a walk-in shower with a lake view through a glass wall—great idea! • There’s a beautiful terrace by the lake and a well-designed little restaurant on the ground floor. The whole hotel smells wonderful! • The bistrot serves excellent food and drinks—both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious!

A perfect location, close to supermarkets and the beach as well as the centre but a lot more peaceful. Fabio and Giuliana were amazing hosts making sure that we were welcome and gave suggestions they as locals like. 10/10.

We were impressed with the attitude. They welcomed us and spent a lot of time telling us about the village. We felt really special. They offered us a great offer for a boat trip. It was an amazing experience. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, but we didn't have time to stay in it. There were even bikes that we rode early in the morning. We recommend.
