This was a lovely apartment in the heart of the town. As it was on the top floor, we had terrific views of the town and the river and the mountains nearby. Would highly recommend this. Had a lovely relazing time there.

We had a wonderful stay at Nele's. The staff was nice and ensured we had everything we needed. They also gave us tips on things to do around. The breakfast was delicious and they had a small newspaper on the table with curiosities and events that would happen around the area. Also, the place is in a beautiful location. I hope I can come back to spend more time there :)

The hotel has a good location if You are travelling by car. No any difficulties with parking near the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable, extremely clean. Super. Good, tasty and quite varied breakfasts. But the most important value is the incredible staff! This is the highest level of hospitality, friendliness and service. Every day of the stay will be wonderful thanks to the people working at the reception and in the restaurant!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Serenella, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Restaurant: Now, let’s talk about the restaurant—what a delightful experience! The menu offered a fantastic array of choices for breakfast and dinner and every dish I tried was delicious. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I'm convince that soon it will be a Michelin star ratted restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at La Serenella. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to rest or a delectable meal, this hotel has it all. Beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. They also provided free snowshoeing with a guide which was AWESOME! Note that the distance from the Gondola and city center is ~2km so requires having a car. As long as you have a car it's not an issue at all.
