The place was big , clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable and the dining area was clean and orderly. The coffee maker in the room is a nice amenity.

The instruction on how to find the place and for gaining entry were clear and easy to follow.. The place was modern, well appointed and had all we needed for a 2 night stay. The view from the apt. was fantastic, both day and night. The place was a perfect temperature and the washing machine and drier were very welcome after a week of travelling. A lovely place to spend a couple of nights

10 out of 10! You are middle of the city, but have the feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere! Amazing interior, super cozy inside and outside! There is a really fancy barbecue that we used a lot. There is a whole laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. I definitely recommend.

The location was amazing right in the heart of town and next door to a free pick up location for tours and had everything we needed for a lovely stay including great views. We loved our stay.

Everything was perfect but there was a heavy smell in the bathroom possibly coming from pipes.

We had a wonderful stay at Akureyri hostel! The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a lot of space and tables for all the guests, and it has a lovely view over the garden. Very smooth self-checkin and helpful staff. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers, so it was always possible to find a free one. They were all spotless clean and nice!
